Subprocessors

These companies process personal data for us when we run vendumo.com and the Vendumo app. We update this list before a new one starts.

Subprocessor	What we use it for	Where it processes data
Cloudflare	Hosts and protects vendumo.com, passes our website forms on to us, and protects the Vendumo app. It receives the technical data every browser sends (IP address, page, time, browser and device type), what visitors type into our forms, and the app’s traffic, including the shopping events the app collects from stores’ websites.	Data centers in many countries, including the United States.
Hetzner	Runs the Vendumo app’s servers and stores its backups. It holds all app data: store data, store owners’ email addresses, shoppers’ email addresses and first names, and shopping events.	Servers in the European Union. Backups are encrypted and stored in Germany or Finland.
Postmark	Sends the app’s emails, such as sign-in links and service emails, and delivers our website forms to our mailbox. It receives each recipient’s email address and the message.	The United States.
Proton	Stores our email, including messages sent to vendumo.com addresses and our website form mails.	Switzerland.
Sentry	Receives error reports from the Vendumo app: the type of error, where in the code it happened, the app version and a short error message. We filter the message to remove personal data before it is sent.	The United States.
